Intake Breathing

Going well so far after almost 1 month ! They have helped a lot due to a deviated septum and sinus congestion.

I bought Intake sample pack for my husband to determine what size he’d need and to try it out overall for his snoring. Regular nose strips didn’t always stick so I was looking for an alternative to aid in more restful sleep for him primarily but also for my sanity and sound sleep too. I tried the smallest one to see if I noticed a difference and I was shocked how much better I could breathe. I wore to bed that night and liked it so much, I wore it for my Peloton ride. The Intake is helping my husband snore less ergo we are both getting better sleep, our sleep numbers are higher and we wake up more refreshed. I love it for cycling as well. It took one night and one workout to make us subscribers and believers.

Holy Cow... I was skeptical since the disposable nasal strips I would get at the drug store didn't work for me but this is mindboggling. It's not invasive and it's comfortable and it actually reduced my snoring. I will definitely continue using them!!

When I wear this device, I’m able to take a full, comfortable breath through my nose and breathe much more easily.

I've broken my nose four times since I was a young teenager. I'm now 33, and struggle on a daily basis to breathe through my nose. I have a significant deviated septum, and would say the right side of my nose has bout a 35% breathing function compared to the left. I'm honestly too afraid to get a nose job to fix my nasal issues, and can't afford to drop 5k on a good rhinoplasty.
